Pack 916 (Boys)

Scouts and their families have fun participating in adventures that build confidence, teach important life skills, build character, instill values and build lifelong friendships. Our pack is an active family-oriented pack and parental participation in all Scouting activities is highly encouraged and promoted.

Registration is open all year. Feel free to attend a meeting or one of our events to see what we are all about. It’s a great way to meet our families and get any questions answered in person before joining. Adventure awaits… come join the fun!

Troop 619 (Boys)

Our Troop was established in 2003 and resides in the Dan Patch District of the Northern Star Council. We meet all year round every other Tuesday at St. Mark’s School in Shakopee (at the corner of Scott St. and 3rd Avenue). We aim to run a boy-driven program with an active advancement program. We have monthly outings that include camping trips, biking trips, hiking trips and district camporees. We currently have over 30 active boys in multiple Patrols. We camp using the Patrol Method and our own Troop patrol boxes and equipment. Our Troop Committee consists of dedicated parent volunteers who believe strongly in the aims of Boy Scouting. To date, over 40 Troop 619 scouts have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.

Troop 247 (Girls)

Girls’ Troop 247 was established on 1 February 2019 and are now recruiting girls ages 11 to 17 (grades 6-12). Scouts BSA is an exciting new adventure for our girls! The Scouts work through ranks towards the Eagle and beyond. Many great experiences await this group in outdoor adventures, camping, service projects, leadership training and merit badges. Our program calendar is built by our Scouts and appeals to a wide variety of interests.
